A wide piece of double folded PU leather sits against the face, soft against the skin in a way a thin strap never quite manages, with a red stitched border tracing its edge against the black. The ball itself is held firmly in place by a small leather strap so it can't shift or twist mid scene.

The ball is hard plastic, drilled through with small holes, so it fills the mouth without making breathing a struggle. Metal rivets and a metal roller buckle at the back of the neck for a snug, adjustable fit that holds its tension through a long session.
