In the table below, the oval shaped opening is measured. The 'Length' is the diameter across the long axis of the oval. 'Width' is the diameter across the short axis of the oval.
'Opening Circumference' is the circumference of the cuff's opening. Your wrist circimference should measure slightly less than the 'Opening Cirfumference'.

All cuffs are made of stainless steel bands that measure 3/4" wide and 1/4" thick.
All dimensions +/- 3/32" (2 mm).
